Meeting Point

Osaka VIP Villa Namba (Meeting Time: 07:50／Departure Time: 08:00) 3-minute walk from subway Midosuji Line Namba Station Exit 7. (location reference photo available on product page) The guide will be waiting for you at the meeting point. Check in with the guide and search your name on the name list. ・Please be present at the right meeting point 10 minutes before the departure. ・The bus will be departing on time (no exception). ・In case of late arrivals or failure to arrive at the right location on time, regardless of contact prior to the departure time, refunds may not be granted. Contact us 24 hours before the departure for reschedule if there is any possibility of late arrivals. ・If you are confused about meeting points, message us beforehand for more details. ・Tour operator may not be responsive on all channels outside of business hours, 9:30am~6pm JST (MON-FRI). If you wish to get off at Kyoto, please kindly let us know beforehand.
