Good to Know

  • Operation hours are from 10:00-17:00. Reservations received after 17:00 will be processed next day
  • English translation will be provided as much as possible if you would like to add it please contact us.
  • There is no elevator in the building and you need to take stairs to reach each venue
  • We will not be able to hold the event to accommodate delays
  • Regardless of the reason, we charge a cancellation fee. Please check the cancellation policy for details. (After 17:00, it will be treated as the next day)
  • If you change the reservation date and time after a cancellation fee has been incurred, a specified fee will be charged
  • Please note that in the event of cancellation, you won't be compensated for travel expenses to the venue
