Good to Know
- Operation hours are from 10:00-17:00. Reservations received after 17:00 will be processed next day
- English translation will be provided as much as possible if you would like to add it please contact us.
- There is no elevator in the building and you need to take stairs to reach each venue
- We will not be able to hold the event to accommodate delays
- Regardless of the reason, we charge a cancellation fee. Please check the cancellation policy for details. (After 17:00, it will be treated as the next day)
- If you change the reservation date and time after a cancellation fee has been incurred, a specified fee will be charged
- Please note that in the event of cancellation, you won't be compensated for travel expenses to the venue
- Non-participants are not allowed to enter
- Children under 2 who sit on their parent's laps are free of charge
