• Upon completion of your booking, please advise your preferred drop-off location—Osaka or Kyoto.
• Please arrive 10–15 mins early. The bus departs promptly to respect all guests’ schedules.
• Itinerary may change or shorten due to weather, traffic, or closures; alternatives will be arranged if needed.
• Traffic delays are common on holidays, weekends, and peak seasons, which may cause delays in your return journey. We recommend avoid booking evening flights, Shinkansen, dinner or other event.
• Please indicate when booking if you're traveling with strollers, or large luggage.
• Most local shops may not accept credit card payments, so please carry some cash.
• Guests aged 70+ are requested to sign a travel waiver on arrival. Day tour excludes personal travel/accident insurance – arrange purchase if needed.
