Good to Know

• The itinerary may vary due to weather, traffic, and other unforeseen factors.
• You may choose to end the tour in either Kyoto or Osaka. If your start and end locations are different (e.g., start in Osaka but end in Kyoto), kindly inform us so we can arrange the appropriate vehicle. Otherwise, we will assume they are the same.
• Luggage and strollers can be accommodated on the tour. Please let us know how many items you'll have so we can arrange a vehicle with adequate storage space.
• Please arrive at the meeting point 10–15 minutes before departure. The bus will depart promptly to respect the schedules of all guests.
• Customers who are pregnant or aged 70 and above are respectfully requested to sign a travel waiver upon arrival.
• You will receive the guide’s details by 7 PM on the day prior to departure.
• Traffic congestion is common during peak seasons, public holidays and weekends. We advise keeping your evening plans flexible, as potential delays could range from 2 to 5 hours.
