Good to Know

  • Operation hours are from 10:00 to 17:00. Reservations received after 17:00 will be processed next day.
  • There is no elevator in our building and you will need to take stairs to reach each venue.
  • English translation will be provided as much as possible. We also offer an English Support Guarantee option for an additional charge. Let us know if you'd like to know the detail.
  • We will not be able to hold the event to accommodate delays.
  • Regardless of the reason, we charge a cancellation fee. Please check the cancellation policy for details.
  • If you change the reservation date and time after a cancellation fee has been incurred, a specified fee will be charged.
  • Please note that in the event of cancellation, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses to the venue.
